These terms apply when you use leadexperts.ai or buy services from LeadExperts.ai (“we”, “us”). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
We provide GoHighLevel setup, CRM and workflow automation, funnels and websites, AI chatbots and voice agents, Google Business Profile and local SEO, integrations and related services. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are confirmed with you in writing before work starts.
Setup packages are one-time fees and are paid as agreed before or during the project. Monthly plans are billed monthly until you cancel. Third-party costs, such as your GoHighLevel subscription, SMS/A2P carrier fees, domains or paid apps, are not included unless stated.
Once paid, the accounts, funnels, websites and automations we build for you belong to you. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Our work relies on platforms such as GoHighLevel, Google, OpenAI, Twilio and others. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or approval decisions, such as A2P registration outcomes.
We work to improve your leads, bookings and visibility, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, revenue or results.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time with written notice. Work completed before cancellation remains payable.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
